The Serve Kentucky Foundation is a nonprofit established as a direct-support organization for Serve Kentucky, the state’s service commission. The Foundation raises funds to support Serve Kentucky’s programs, which places AmeriCorps national service members and volunteers in schools, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and communities across the Commonwealth.
The Serve Kentucky Foundation established an Endow Fund with Blue Grass Community Foundation in July 2018. The goal is to raise funds to build our endowment fund to support Kentucky's AmeriCorps national service programs, build the capacity of nonprofit organizations in partnership with Points of Light's Service Enterprise Initiative, and provide services and resources when disasters occur.
